All bookings must be confirmed through our website or one of our agents.
Payment may be required in full or in part to guarantee the booking.
The displayed prices are in Tunisian dinars (TND) or euros, depending on the client's origin.
In case of cancellation by the client:
More than 7 days before the date: full refund.
Less than 7 days before: 50% cancellation fee retained.
Less than 48 hours or no-show: no refund.
In case of cancellation by Spicy Tunisian Tours (weather conditions, force majeure, etc.), a rescheduling or full refund will be offered.
Spicy Tunisian Tours cannot be held responsible for incidents, losses, delays, or damages caused by third parties or partner providers.
Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance, health, and personal safety.
